Jenn & Luke's wedding was just fantastic. The ceremony was at Star of the Sea in Watsons Bay and the reception just down the road at the Gap Bluff, a little set of old military buildings set in beautiful parkland on a hill with incredible views back down the harbour towards the city.
The day was absolutely perfect - stunning cloudless sunny weather, but not too hot and humid. It was also really nice for Sarah and I to get the chance to hang out with Chab a little, who we'd barely seen since she arrived a few days ago, even though she was staying at our house (the lsocial butterfly)
Here's the girls arriving at the reception and playing it up for the paparazzi:

Then when we were seated to start the reception, the best surprise ever (and easily the coolest thing I've ever experience at a wedding) was that every chair had either a big wooden bongo drum or a set of maracas or shakey eggs and then a bunch of buys and a girl came out and started drumming and directing everyone else to get into it. With over a hundred people all drumming and shaking, led by a bunch of professionals, it sounded amazing and was just so much fun. And the best way to bond with your table from the very beginning!
As the evening wore in, it became even more fun. The speeches were really great and the food and booze were top notch. As the sun went down the setting became even more breathtaking.
Luke & Jenn executed a beautiful dance to get things started on the dancefloor:
And then the party really began!
The Canadian contingent (Jenn's Mum's family) really fired up the party, suddenly there were hundreds of glowsticks everywhere and fake moustaches galore.

Then the limbo stick came out and the party reached an even higher level!
