Wave kitty wave

Another long time between posts. This working gig is a bit of a croc really, but then I guess we are keeping pretty damn busy. In the last month we've been on a weekend away up at Boomerang Beach, another weekend in Bris for Woody's wedding, spent time with Michelle from Elephant Nature Park, the Ben Harper concert, Red Cross Trivia night, hanging with Steve back from Qatar, Johnny Duggan and Mel back from Shanghai, seen Adam & Thanh's new bub and all the usual stuff. Hmmm, ok I guess there's enough going on that I should keep blogging.

Ok for starters here's a couple of shots from Boomerang Beach - up near Forster - where my bro Tim gave us a weekend at a holiday house on the beach as a wedding pressie. Fantastic weekend at a gorgeous spot. Pity the wether didn't co-operate though, shortly after taking this photo a gale blew up:

Then the next day was overcast and rainy and the surf a bit crazy. Richie and I went out and caught a couple of big 5 second rides before being smashed repeatedly... and when we got into the beach and walked past the two surfers on the sand who had been waving at us they said, "Hey didn't you guys see us waving you in? We both saw a big fin right near where you were." And I thought they were just being friendly... like the waving cat
