The Reception

After a perfect little ceremony things just got even better at the reception. Delicious food, incredible wine (thanks to Alistair), an amazing group of friends and family and breath-taking speeches - each one was both hilarious and touching. Matt's MC-ing was just wonderful in tying the whole night together and keeping people laughing all the time. Here he is addressing the room



While we wait patiently on the stairs to be introduced to the room (and incidentally are clamouring loudly for our first glasses of champers as husband and wife - it was well past time for a drink)



The night unfurled amazingly and I could write pages and pages of it but,

a) no amount of writing could do justice to how good a time we had and how happy we were that night;
b) each page would largely consist of superlatives like "awesome, amazing, incredible, splendid etc" - boring to read; and
c) I want to put a photo up and a personal thank you to every single person that came along and made it such an awesome/amazing/incredible/splendid evening, but that would take forever,

so I'm going to have to settle for a huge group thanks to everyone who came along - we love you guys!!!
