That in itself made it an amazing day, but then to be actually marrying the beautiful girl I've loved for so many years was really an unbelievable feeling. I've always been a bit of a cynic - who needs a piece of paper to make it official when the relationship's been effectively a marriage anyway? Well bugger me, it did make a difference to make that committment! Plus there was the idea that we could finally promise to never leave each other again, and with a long history of being separated in different countries for most of our relationship, damn that was a nice feeling.
Anyway yadda yadda yadda, off I go. The point is that after the wedding we had a couple of great weeks hanging out with Sarah's parents Gary and Reby and her brother Joe and showing them around Sydney. It was so much fun and both Sarah and I, as well as my parents and brother, loved having them over here and showing them around.
So we discussed changing names: should we do the hyphenation thing? But then again a surname like Mols-Race sounds a bit more like a Japanese game show than something to be taken seriously...
