Ok how about Halong Bay? Why the hell not. Just a few hours drive outside of Hanoi we had three days of cruising, swimming, kayaking, exploring caves, snoozing, EATING and hiking. Just another few elysian days in that greater paradise of Vietnam.

Then there's the caves. We explored two which were both very cool, the highlight being this suggestively lit rock formation. Is it me or is it Vietnam?
More worrying however are the savage indigenous wildlife of the area - the irate penguins and dolphins which haunt the caves just waiting to pounce on unsuspecting tourists...
